We know that your time is valuable and have a reserved time specifically for you. Please understand that reservations are limited, and we require at least 24 hours in advance of any cancellation to time to serve another guest. Anything less than 24 hours-notice is subject to the cost of the reserved services.
Please arrive 15 minutes early to give yourself time to check-in, complete or update necessary forms, unwind, and start your treatment relaxed and on time.
Sometimes circumstances prevent you from arriving on time. Please call us if you are running late so, we can try to adjust or make a new reservation for you. If rescheduling is not possible, your treatment time will start and end as scheduled so that the next guest may enjoy their treatment. (Full charges will apply).
Please be respectful and set your cell phone(s) on “silent mode” and refrain from speaking on your phone during your time at SOHO so, all of our guests can enjoy the SOHO Spa atmosphere
Please make arrangements for infants & children before you arrive so that you and other guests may enjoy your experience to the fullest. If you have a child 10 years or over that you would like to bring in for an appointment, please let us know at time of booking so we can ensure their first experience will last a lifetime.
You may want to leave treasured jewelry at home, as we cannot be responsible for lost or stolen items.
Please be sure to tell us if there is anything we can do to enhance your experience. Whether it is in-room temperature, the amount of massage pressure or the music volume, a sleep mask and/or blanket, please communicate your preferences or special needs.
SOHO cannot provide refunds on any products purchased in our spa or services provided due to the personalized nature of these products/services. Unopened products can be exchanged with the original sale receipt within fourteen days of original purchase.
